2008 NHSN International Conference will be held October 1-3 at the Hyatt Regency Bethesda, Bethesda, MD.

The 2008 NHSN conference title is "Community, Behavioral and Molecular Sciences in Addictive Disorders", and will address vital origins and consequences of Latino drug use. Online registration for this exciting event has now closed.  However, if you wish to attend the conference, you will be able to register onsite at the conference. 

Please note that the Federal government has adjusted their per diem rate for the Washington, DC metro area. Beginning in October 2008, the new Federal Government Per Diem rate for lodging will be $233.00 per night (plus 13% tax).This means that the conference room rate on Monday and Tuesday (September 29 & 30) will not be affected and the rate is $227.00 (including 13% tax). However, beginning Wednesday, October 1st, the new room rate will be $263.29 (including 13% tax).
