Interested applicants who have received a letter from the Membership Committee will submit a complete application package consisting of:

  1. A biographical sketch (Download biographical sketch template - doc file)
  2. Completed application form (Download application form - doc file) Can also fill out online below.
  3. Brief statement describing their interest in Network membership and the extent of their experience in conducting research with Hispanics (Download Statement example- doc file).
